Good and clean place with good sized rooms and nice furnishings. Breakfast was good too, lot of options for vegetarian. Only negative is the lack of language skills, which is a broader issue in Brazil though, at least folks at the front desk and restaurant in a big hotel should be able to stoke a conversation in broken English. Not being able to speak a single word is not necessarily the right thing to do in hospitality 😌

Quando efetuei a reserva, havia informação sobre disponibilidade de piscina. Ao chegar no hotel fui informado que havia uma reforma na área e que a piscina somente estava disponível aos finais de semana. Eu havia mantido contato telefônico um dia antes da estadia, inclusive perguntei sobre a piscina e nada foi informado sobre a impossibilidade de uso. Enviei algumas mensagens questionando esta questão e até agora, uma semana depois, nenhuma satisfação e nenhuma resposta do hotel. Zero atenção sobre esse ponto.
