The coffee machine works but the taste is terrible. I would recommend they get a better choice of beans and level of roast. The location is very good and quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our walk to the city center everyday, walking along the Rhine river. It takes about 30 minutes so if you are not up for a walk you’d have to take a taxi. With spring weather, there are fantastic restaurants along the river for lunch or dinner. Helpful, friendly, always smiling, multilingual. Our only issue as mentioned in many other reviews is the lack of amenities in the rooms or even on the floors. To have to schlep down to get water is really silly. If you feel that a daft amp and radio are more useful than say a coffee machine, a kettle, water or a small fridge, then so be it. But at least have a water fountain in the hallway on each floor so we don't have to get dressed just to come down and disturb your hardworking team for such a basic thing. Otherwise 10/10 on all else. Comfy beds. Lovely views. Well soundproofed. Phenomenal location, near everything.
