Top Reynolda House Museum of American Art Hotel Reviews
"I already wrote them a 5 star review on yelp but this was hands down the best chain hotel experience we have had. It started as soon as we checked in. Every single employee that we encountered at this hotel was genuinely kind and went out of their way to greet us or start a conversation with us. I’d like to say that this is the standard at hotels, but it is definitely not. The friendliness was exceptional. I am talking everyone from front desk staff to Housekeeping in the hallway was genuinely nice and warmly greeted us every time we passed.
The room was pristine, the pool and gym was great and we used both. They even have a cafe with a limited menu - had the burger with an arugala salad and it was very good!
The landscaping around the hotel was also impeccable.
I’m taking my time to write this review because I was surprised to see so many negative reviews on this property. As someone who has been in hospitality myself, I know firsthand that difficult people are those with negative experiences are the loudest. Just know that this is a stand out property:
Top notch hospitality and whoever is managing it should be very proud.
We will be back! "
"Lovely home tucked away at the end of a side street with plenty of room for a family of 4 inside and a HUGE backyard! Everything was well stocked and check-in was clear and simple. Very centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in the area as well!"
"Our family had a pleasant stay. Buttercup hideaway’s cozy accommodations met our family’s needs and the owner always answered our questions in a timely manner."

10/10 Excellent
"We were in town for WFU football. Condo was wonderfully located for easy in/out to stadium as well as downtown and campus. Everything was updated including new, plush linens. Kitchen had the basics (including coffee filters), and all bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. There was a faint musty smell likely due to pets in the property at one point but it did not detract in any way from the stay. Finally, communication was fabulous - prompt and informative. "
