"We were not informed that there was buildimg work ongoing at the property. We had the electrics tripped not once but twice. Meant we had to find the builder to let them know. Woken up at 7.25am by loud banging from the builder the following morning, which is before tge permitted time of 8am for any noise nuisance in the uk. Terrible experience."

"The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay."
