Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with Italian shower and rainshower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4\* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows : \- A 15 m² living room with TV \- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... \- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) \- A bathroom with Italian shower, WC Outside : \- A balcony, a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days On the ground floor of the residence, you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a bicycle garage.
