  • Cocoonr offers this charming 25 m² flat with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults maximum), to rent in Rennes. In the heart of Rennes city centre, in a small, fully refurbished condominium on the ground floor, come and discover this charming T1Bis furnished and fully renovated apartment.

    Blending old-world charm with modernity, the apartment is divided into three cleverly delineated sections to optimize all the apartment's spaces.
    The living area is on the ground floor. A few steps down lead to a modern, functional kitchen, then to a shower room with toilet. Finally, a staircase leads to the sleeping area, designed as a mezzanine and glazed to maximize light.
    Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

    The accommodation is composed as follows:
    - 11 m² living room with TV
    - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
    - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 sofa-bed for a child
    - Bathroom with shower, WC

    The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
