Cocoonr agency offers for rent this charming 44 m² flat in Rennes, with Wi-Fi (fiber optics), which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
