Located on the first floor (no lift) and completely renovated on the foundations of a historic building, this beautiful flat has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The flat is made up as follows: \- A living room with sofa, dining area and flat-screen TV \- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all small appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) \- Bedroom 1 with king-size bed (180x200) \- Bedroom 2 with two single beds \- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, dekton vanity unit and washbasin, illuminated mirror with various functions, heated towel rail and wall-hung WC. However, the Agence notified us the day before that we would not have electricity the next day, which means no hot water, no electricity to use kitchen appliances and the stove top, no light in the toilets, etc. The Agence didn’t do anything to lower the price or make a gesture to compensate for this major inconvenience.
