A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

The first choice hotel for staying in Glasgow

Fantastic wee find in the heart of paisley (though you would never know it - very peacful and quiet!) Nice decor, comfortable beds, great bathroom and plenty of character and very nice vibe. Staff were all excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast excellent....We will definitely stay here again....could not find any fault.

The staff were friendly, with one lovely ginger boy telling us lots of stories about the hotel and its origins, and one tall waiter finding us a seat looking onto the arena despite those tables all being reserved (sorry that I forgot the actual names!) I was genuinely surprised with how nice this place was I'm actually sad I didnt have more than one night booked.

The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful gardens. We had a beautiful spacious room that was well appointed. All the staff we came across were lovely.

The hotel has beautiful scenic views and gorgeous interior. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. I did, however, have one negative experience which was that I passed out in the spa sauna - the high tempature and my low blood pressure were not a good mix. Perfect for an overnight to catch a flight early morning.

Great hotel in good location, We stayed with a 1 yr old and a 4 yr old and the facilities on offer were perfect (indoor play area and swimming pool). Rooms and corridors maybe could do with updating but that aside it was very clean and staff were very friendly. Would most definatly stay here again.

I've stayed here multiple times and it's a really nice and friendly place to stay. Staff are nice, rooms are immaculate and there's all the services that the pub offer as well. Menu is varied and food arrives fast. Served from early until late, it's ideal.

Great hotel

fantastic family night. Great value for money. Food was out of this world!!! Only issue the room phone did not work and reception staff told us to contact reception from the room but all the phones in our building have been down for weeks. Pool and spa facilities great. Looking forward to coming back.

Always use this hotel for overnight stays needed when traveling from Glasgow airport. Great free shuttle service too. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit on the small side but as it's only ever for one night it's not a problem. My one gripe is when I stayed on 30th July there was a Christmas display with a countdown to the 25th Dec. That totally spoiled my day and stay. Apparently the manageress insisted on it being there despite protests from staff that it's too early. Listen to your staff. It is too...
