Die Lodge ist wirklich sehr schön, liegt am See direkt in der Natur. Es war alles sauber und bis auf eine richtige Kaffeemaschine (ist in England eine Rarität) und scharfe Messer, haben wir nichts vermisst. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 18 Meilen entfernt, was Doreen uns aber vorab mitgeteilt hat. After much research I found Doreen’s lodge in Rowardennan and I must say I was very impressed as were my friends who joined me. The comfort, cleanliness and location was excellent. The attention to detail especially was appreciated with the toiletries in the shower room, the bottle of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch and surprise. The security around the lodge site was also very good and it was a truly idyllic spot on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond. I am looking forward to our next stay and I would highly recommend this lodge for any holiday stay. Suitable for families, couples and friends alike. Thank you so very much.
