The service and the restaurant are excellent! The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was bothered by was the smoking in the restaurant bar.

High class hotel with wonderful staff.
We were just stopping for the night but despite there being a wedding party at the location, we had one of our best night sleeps.Really lovely helpful staff and fantastic comfort.

A lovely property, very unique and a refreshing change to the run of the mill chain hotels. Air con in the rooms would have been nice as the weather during our stay was very hot but this was offset by the beer being very cold !!

Great hotel,breakfast on weekday was lacking staff
The hotel is great. The only thing we didn't likr was the breakfast, which was not worth its price. Our last night was Monday and there was only one guy working in the dining room. There was no refill when things were over, and we had to wait too long for service

A five star rating but no Air conditioning! For the room temperature the situation was simply disasterous. The restaurant was full both nights and totally understaffed. 2 hours for a quick dinner. So many other good hotels in the region.

The hotel is more a 3 or 4 stars than a 5 stars. It might be due to lower service quality in low season period. The rooms are clean, but design, furniture and equipment are very basic. I was in particular disappointed by the fact I couldn't use the Spa (Sauna) that only opens at 12pm and hotel reception not allowing a late checkout unless I pay extra 75 Euros.

Kommer gerne igen!
Skønt hotel med dejligt spa-område, venligt personale og hyggelig restaurant med god mad. Wi-Fi var det eneste der ikke var optimalt. Ellers var vi yderst tilfredse!

Sehr kinderfreundlich und entgegenkommend. Sei es das Personal oder die Hotelanlage. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Und auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Große, gemütliche Zimmer, Wellnessbereich klein, aber fein, Perfekter Service der bei allen Sonderwünschen extrem hilfreichen Rezeption vom Check in bis zum Check out, Nur war die Gastronomie mit der Veranstaltung, bei der wir zu Gast waren, leider etwas überfordert.

Checkin und Checkout waren ein rein technischer Vorgang und leider ohne jede Spur von Herzlichkeit. Gästeservice im Restaurant von enttäuschend bis außerordentlich zuvorkommend - ein Glückspiel, denn sehr abhängig vom anwesenden Personal. Die Hotelbar ist offenbar eine Raucherlounge - die Türen zu den Hotelfluren blieben aber offen. Der Rauchgeruch lag auch noch am nächsten Morgen in der Luft- sehr unangenehm für jeden Nichtraucher! Insgesamt alles im Charme vergangener Jahrzehnte, teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Entsprach insgesamt nicht unserer Erwartung an fünf Sternen.

Schönes, ruhiges etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hot
Sehr gutes ,ruhiges Hotel.Grosses schönes Zimmer; leider etwas vernachlässigtes Interieur. Z. B. Fliegenschutzgitter am Fenster eingerissen. Handtücher mit z. T. starken Gebrauchsspuren ( ausgefranst). Die Dame beim Check in war sehr unfreundlich; das übrige Personal allerdings sehr zuvorkommend.
