"Great stay. We asked for a coffee maker on our first day that never arrived. Beware, there is no beach and it’s not walkable to anything. Must take a taxi for everything and it’s $. Food was good at the poolside cafe and the hotel grill. Property is older but in good shape."

"The hotel staff was so friendly, but the smell of the sargassum was almost unbearable in certain areas. They closed the restaurants early most evenings and shut the pool bar down for 3 of the 6 days we were there. For sure a resort that isn ’t catered to “off season” travelers as much as they would be during peak times. Also no beach on the property."

"Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!"
