Red Bank - Tinton Falls Holidays from £675

This was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. It started with the staff that was checking in my mother and I . We booked with your company request 2 queen beds with non snacking room. When we arrived we were told there was no two queen beds rooms available and all they had was smoking rooms. After a lot of back and forth trying to get what we requested the staff said go call Expedia . I had requested online and that is what I should have received. After about 10 min another staff came over and said they had one two queen but it was a smoking room. I am Very sensitive to smell and was sick the minute I walked in. The room had a sticky floor stains on the walls and on photos on the wall the room did not even look like it was cleaned. There was food on the floor next to my bed the cabinet where the fridge was broken. Each day there were several gnats coming out of the hole in the sink each day they were also flying in the bathroom. Three times during our stay our room was not cleaned even though we went down stairs to the front desk and asked and also left the light on next to the front door to request the room to be cleaned. I have stayed at many hotels and I have never had a room be so dirty. You should not be grossed out when you come back to your room to get ready for a night out. The safe needed to be reset because it was left locked. I will not be booking with Expedia again and will not be staying at ceasars again. Also ataff was very unhelpful.

Nice place to stay, room smelled like cigs even though it was non smoking, not awful though. Good location just a little outdated
