"Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean rooms, can’t beat the location. Spa services ( facial and body massages) by Kiera were the best and I strongly suggest using their services. Spa pedicure turned out to be a basic pedicure not worth it and not was explained to me so I definitely don’t recommend. Breakfast was good but our experience for dinner at the hotel restaurant was very bad to say the least."

Old town only cross a short distance bridge. I like The Signature Hotel. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The breakfast is good too. I should say this was one of my comfortable stay. I will definitely pick 'The Signature Hotel' again if I happen to trip Hoi An again."
