"Staff vwry friendly and room very clean"

"We stayed here for a trip into London and visiting a family member nearby, we arrived to see police chasing a gang of hooded youths past the hotel which wasn’t the best start but when we returned to the hotel at 10:30 there was a gang of hooded thugs tossing around stolen merchandise and boasting of who they’d robbed. We had to run the gauntlet into the hotel where we found no staff on duty. The area clearly has a crime problem and there should be staff/security on the door for the protection of guests. I messaged the company but have yet to receive a response. The room was cramped, and dark. The amenities basic. No bedside table. My clothes couldn’t fit in the wardrobe. We arrived for breakfast with the time window and most containers were empty."

"Good free parking. Excellent breakfast good choice and nice and hot. Air conditioning and heating not working in room an electric heater provided but I was not informed of this by hotel staff. The room was clean and serviced daily. "

"A great clean ,friendly, comfortable Motel. It also gas a good restaurant/bar attached. Great for short stays. "

"Great position, sunny afternoon siting lakeside was wonderful. The hotel was a little tired but clean. Breakfast was horrendous, went down at 9:30 ( breakfast finished at 10:30) and didn’t actually receive by cooked breakfast until 10:45, 1.5 hours for a very basic breakfast is just not acceptable. I would image the kitchen being under resourced, plenty of serving staff, just nothing coming out."

"This was a quick stop over on a work trip. All I needed was a clean bed and bathroom and that’s what I got. Yes it’s dated and there’s no fanciness but you get what you pay for! Staff very polite and helpful. Big thanks!"
