  • This detached house, built in the early 1900s and completely renovated in 2018, is a true gem—a boutique home with a cosy ambiance and a pleasant, relaxing, and quiet atmosphere, offering complete privacy. There is a large TV in the living room and TVs in the bedrooms. The unit consists of four rooms: two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and a smaller one with bunk beds (one 120×190 bed + one 80×190 bed)—a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, two bathrooms, and a small courtyard with a large fireplace for barbecuing. This is a detached single-family home accessed via a code-operated entry system. The security door will open automatically, allowing you to check in independently with maximum flexibility regarding check-in times. In accordance with new Italian regulations, we’ll ask you to make a video call for identification purposes.

    We allow at least 24 hours between guests to ensure the house is thoroughly sanitised.
