Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravenna. Our room was well appointed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It is on a quiet street that is miniutes from everything. When you arrive staff have a package of information ready about Ravenna as well as reataurant suggestions (with coupon). However, the air conditioner in our room did not get cold. The other rooms our friends were in were ice cold but hours was burning up hot.
