A Dream Vacation!

This is an outstanding hotel with fabulous customer service. The view is amazing. The food is delicious. It is everything you want in a hotel on the Amalfi Coast. We got a room upgrade, and that was more than we could have ever imagined or dreamed of. Highly recommend the lemon tour that the hotel arranges. Can't wait to come visit again!

A wonderful hotel

This is really a special and unique place. I can’t find words to describe how beautiful this property is! It is obvious from pictures that views are breathtaking etc. but I want to specially mention that hospitality, attention to detail is exceptional and staff deserves particular credit - everyone I have interacted with was super nice and went above and beyond to provide the best possible service; this really sets the hotel apart. Heaven on earth

This hotel is so good that I didn’t want to leave a review because I want to keep it secret but honestly the staff and service were so kind and helpful and I have never been to a better pool. We had to leave early because my girl wasn’t feeling well and the staff was so helpful they even called us the next day to see how she was feeling. You can’t find this type of service in Europe it’s the best. Can’t wait to go back

We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather.

Extraordinary stay

My stay in Ravello is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The hotel and service are out of my expectations. All the staffs are very welcoming. We were upgraded to sea view room, which is amazing. The view from Ravello is very different from Amalfi/Positano. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The infinity pool is a must visit spot of the hotel. We love the in room breakfast a lot, with a wide range of food choice. Given that the transportation in Amalfi Coast is busy, really appreciate the hotel shuttle service. 100/100 of our stay ! Definitely will come back

This hotel is literally and figuratively in a world of its own. It is truly amazing and absolutely breathtaking. Nothing compares. It is a slice of heaven on earth. We got married here in 2023 and experienced the best service in the business. Our wedding was a day to never forget thanks to the wonderful staff and venue. We came back for our 1sr anniversary in 2024 and the hotel and staff did not disappoint. The service is very personal where the staff go above and beyond to ensure that guests wants and needs are not only met but are exceeded. It is a unique hotel with exceptional views, the property and rooms are immaculate and extremely well kept. No detail is forgotten. The staff are the best in the business. A truly memorable experience every time. We love the Caruso and look forward to returning in the future.

From the moment we checked in Rosie the concierge was very welcoming. She assigned Elise to give us a tour of the hotel and the spectacular upgrade to an oceanfront suite. The hotel was built near the foundations of an 11th century Palazzo. My suite was a partial archaeological monument the master suite encompassed some of the original walls and the brick dome. Everything you want is at hand with leather covered Espresso machines and hot water kettle! Piero the porter was careful in bringing up the suitcases, up the stairs to the separate master’s suite. The hotel was also exceptionally meticulous in receiving.my clothing purchases in Italy which were waiting at the Hotel for me. Every morning the included buffet breakfast was spectacular. Starting with fresh seasonal berries and eggs of your choice. The Caruso version of an eggs Benedict was delicious. Prawn omelette with caviar was also excellent. Fresh squeezed juices were abundant. The view from the breakfast area of the Amalfi coast and the waterfront villages are unforgettable. I followed breakast at 9 am with a 20 minute swim in the infinity pool. Swimming with view of parallel mountain tops or looking over the edge at the villages and the coast is unique. Marco the pool attendant was alway ready with a towel and a bottle of sparkling water (my preference) the pool water was 28 degrees Centigrade to 24 degrees when it was very windy. Very comfortable for lap swimming. Bravo Hotel Caruso. Hope to visit again!

Our experience at Caruso was truly magical from the moment we set foot outside its doors. The porter was quick to greet us and all the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. The check in process was smooth and easy with an orientation tour of the hotel provided which was incredibly helpful. The views from across the hotel of the coast were breath-taking; something we enjoyed at breakfast, by the pool and most importantly from the comfort of our room. The rooms were spotless and incredibly spacious - even its double rooms which is what we stayed in. The bed was comfortable and pillows perfect - they even had a pillow menu that allowed you to choose one of your liking to ensure a good nights sleep. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the room including a bag which you could use to put your things in to take to the pool. The gardens were beautiful and tranquil space; pruned to perfection. The pool simply serene. The staff at the pool were friendly and attentive getting your towels and preparing the sun loungers promptly. Breakfast was a smoothly run service with a range of options available from the buffet and the menu. The food was so good, I wish we had stayed long enough to be able to try them all. The staff were attentive and extremely helpful. The staff were truly an asset to the hotel! A standard of service in hospitality that was truly exceptional and unrivalled. An experience we shall never forget. Looking forward to our next stay.
