Luxury Villa Posidonia with Pool Only 35 Metres From The beach

"Perfect villa for what we needed (ages from 11 to 80 years). We had our own pool, privacy, several authentic places to eat a very short walk away and the sea on our doorstep. Ria the host was very friendly, helpful, easy to get in touch with and sorted us out with a reliable taxi driver and airport transfer (we managed comfortably without hiring a car). The supermarket was a short taxi ride away in Kissamos. Where there were also boat trips to Balos Lagoon. Which is well worth it. A superb holiday."

"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Galini Palace Resort Hotel. The overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful throughout, as the hotel is located in a quiet area away from the main tourist crowds. The Highlights: The absolute star of the hotel is the pool area - it is large, beautiful, crystal clear, and offers great view of the sea. The staff were also extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food variety in the dining room was impressive, and while not every dish was to our personal taste, we always found plenty to enjoy. Areas for Improvement: There were a few minor issues that kept this from being a true 5-star experience: Pool Hours: The pool hours are quite limited (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM). We felt it would be much better if it opened earlier and stayed open later in the evening, especially during the long summer days. Room Amenities: For a 5-star hotel, we expected more luxury touches. For example there were no bathrobes, and it was disappointing to be charged an extra daily fee to use the room safe. Maintenance & Cleanliness: The showerhead in our room was completely clogged. Also, there was a strange, strong smell of cleaning products in the hallway outside our room, which wasn't very pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful setting. With a little more attention to the small details and operating hours, it would be perfect."

"Outstanding villa in a wonderful location with amazing views. The host, Ria, was exceptional, both during the booking process and during our stay. Whether that was providing us with information on the area, helping us to coordinate taxis, or just making sure we knew when the bakery delivery van was going to be at the villa, she absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we had an outstanding - and relaxing - break. Thank you."

"This property is fabulous - new build, clean, and well-maintained literally steps away from the beach (which we enjoyed swimming on a few occasions). We also enjoyed the beachfront restaurant about 300m down the road. Our host Ria was always responsive to our texts and even helped arrange a guided hike through the Samaria Gorge. Our family created such wonderful memories at this property."

"Ria was an excellent host. We felt welcomed from the start. The Villa was beautiful. We found the home to be clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was pristinely kept. Ria even provided us with a few small locally made gifts. The bedding and towels were of good quality. The beds as well as the indoor and outdoor furniture were comfortable. "
