"The apartment was spacious but bathroom was small. Beautiful view from balcony. It definitely could use some updates. Pool was nice also. I didn't like the fact that some items in the kitchen were broken. They didn't replace them. Ceiling light needed a new light bulb.."

"Everything about the property was excellent. Food, amenities, spa, staff, ambiance, location etc were all top notch. Geri at the front desk was absolutely the best. She takes customer service to,the next level. She should definitely be in charge of training."

"Loved the cabin. The owners thought of everything from phone chargers to coffee to warm blankets for lounging on the porch. Also toothpaste and toothbrush in the bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The only issue was the very tricky driveway entrance where rain had washed away part of the drive. This caused my husband major heartburn every time we left and returned. We will definitely rent again IF the drive is repaired. Enjoyed a great afternoon on a jeep safari trip seeing elk, turkeys, Cherokee reservation. Driver Brian was fun and very knowledgeable."

"We loved staying in this quaint hotel. We stayed in the “Stone” house. It felt like we were at Summer camp with the original wood paneling and kitschy decor. The beds were super comfortable. This is not a hotel for everyone though. If you want the Ritz, this is not it. Carpets were stained and walls were beat up, etc. but I would stay here again, in a heat beat! Pets and Motorcyclists welcome!"

"Inside was cleaned and stocked to the best of the best. Outside needed the grass cut, especially when you have a dog there. I told owners when we left and I communicated with the property owners during our stay and they responded right away with any of my questions and concerns. Great place and love that they allowed dogs!"

"Perfect cabin and pool area. The Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all questions. The cabin is as nice as what the pictures show. No tricky photography here. Super clean from top to bottom. Which is the biggest check mark for us! The pool and hot tub area was very well maintained and the largest hot tub we’ve ever seen. The personal hot tub on the back porch was really nice to have as well. Walk in showers were a great plus! Short walk to the pool and pickleball court. Cabin area is very easy to get to. Perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Lots of little streams around the area you can walk in. Very nice arcade games and pool table. With all the games and pool and pickleball court we never even turned the TV’s on. Which says a lot for our kids. Just nice sitting out on the super comfy rocking bench on the front porch and soaking in the area. We’ll definitely be back to the smokies and this is where we’ll stay again!"
