Wonderful surprise for price

We were pleasantly surprised with this room. It was small, but well kept with all the amenities we needed. It was secure although the window on our third floor room didn’t quite function properly. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it gets warm. There is no elevator and it is 5 rooms per floor. Watch your head as you go down as it has a low stairwell. It has nice modern decor. There was strong cigarette smell as we left in the morning, but none overnight. Wish they had these hotel options worldwide! Price was amazing! Highly recommend !

There is no reception or management at the property, so other guests smoked in the building and had parties until the early hours. My wife was constantly using her asthma inhaler and I was going crazy from the smoke smell. we had very little sleep. Cleaning staff was a nice lady, though the room showed black mold in the bathroom from the age of the hotel, so not her fault at all.

Wir haben in dem Hotel eine Nacht vor einer Flugreise geschlafen. Für diese Zwecke war es (fast) perfekt. Der Zugang zum Hotel erfolgte mittels Code und war problemlos. Das Auschecken erfolgte ebenfalls digital und da wir kein Frühstück hatten, haben wir kein Personal zu Gesicht bekommen, was eine neue Erfahrung war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Heizung im Bad nicht entlüftet, sodass das Bad morgens kalt war. Parken in der Nähe ist auch eher Glückssache. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Einrichtung befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage, im Stadtzentrum Ratingen. Falls sie mit Ihrem eigenen Auto ankommen, müssen Sie Tiefgarage buchen, da es Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung zu schlecht ist. Was zeichnet das Hotel negativ aus, ist dass Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt und Sie müssen Ihre Gepäcke selber hochtragen.
