"We had a nice stay here. The property was a bit more dated than the pictures appear. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for a family that actually cooks meals while on vacation. But there were a number of areas that could have been cleaner - bugs in corners, dust on shelves, stuff behind an end table we had to move - the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable though. One bunk did have a slightly loose rail but I still felt comfortable with my 6 year old sleeping up there. That trundle also stuck a little and didn't want to go all the way back in The loft was basically unusable due to the low ceilings and lack of air conditioning. We are a pretty tall group but even my 10 year old daughter had to duck to get into the loft shower. The lack of AC was fine for the rest of the house because you could open up windows and get a nice cross breeze. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was easily accesed both for a downstairs bedroom and down the front steps of the house. Contact with the host was pleasant and it was really nice how they asked if they could come out and mow rather than just sending someone."

"The hosts were very friendly and generous. they responded quickly to all inquiries. The house is well suited to a group of adults - a hard thing to find. Kitchen is very well equipped and has quite a large refrigerator. We loved hanging out on the deck watching many hummingbirds coming to the feeder all day long. Great hot tub and fun ping pong. Highly recommend."

"Eighteen members of my family gathered for a reunion in Winter Park; we needed two houses to accommodate the 15 adults and three children. The other house was better suited to family dining, so we barely used the kitchen at this house. It became a quiet and spacious retreat for members of the family who needed time away from siblings and cousins. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the house was located in a great spot not far from either the Winter Park Resort or Rocky Mountain National Park. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before or during our stay."
