About this property

New renovated 3 bedroom, central Chapel Hill!

  • Enjoy this newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath home in a prime location! Brand new master suite addition. Community Park at your back door, steps to Franklin Street and a short walk to University Place restaurants and entertainment. One mile walk up Franklin St to campus and 2.9 miles to UNC Hospital. This home does have a separately rented basement apartment with its own private driveway, outdoor space, and entrance that is currently occupied by a polite and quiet tenant.
    The space
    *The property has 3 bedrooms. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has a double bed.
    *Just to clarify we do have working heat! The situation mentioned in the favorable review is referencing an incident in which Hurricane Ian came through and blew out the pilot light. The heat was fixed the next day!
