Guest will have access to the entire home. Its a duplex and we manage the next door rental as well so portions of the driveway, front yard, & backyard are shared with this unit.



Other Things to Note:

We are pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with pet fee paid prior to check-in. Please clean up after your pet in the yard.



Please note, in case of a cancellation refund, a 3% processing fee will be deducted.



Parking for up to three cars (please do not blocked shared portion of driveway).



Both sides can be rented for large groups if both are available.



Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an extra fee (based on availability).



Interaction with Guests:

We live locally but are not physically on the property unless there are guest needs. Please message through the app. We have three people watching the listing messages. This is the fastest way to get a response over phone calls or texts.
