The apartment is laid out as follows:

- BATHROOM: shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split system in the bedroom), refrigerator, freezer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ragusa Climate Zone A: 5 hours per day from December 8 to March 7.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 30 from 11:00 and 12:00 a.m.

EUR 40 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for an additional fee.

Ragusa Ibla, a jewel of Sicilian Baroque architecture, offers a fascinating immersion in history and art. This historic district of Ragusa, designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site, is characterised by its narrow, winding streets that wind their way among noble palaces and richly decorated churches. Taking centre stage is the Cathedral of San Giorgio, with its imposing facade and dramatic staircases—a masterpiece of Baroque architecture. As visitors stroll through the narrow alleys, they discover hidden squares and panoramic views stretching out to the surrounding countryside. Among other points of interest, it is worth mentioning the Giardino Ibleo, Ragusa’s oldest garden; Palazzo Sortino Trono, a remarkable example of Baroque residential architecture, with a magnificent entrance portal and elegant wrought-iron balconies; the Church of St. Joseph; and the Portal of St. George.
