"I stayed at Mood Matuna for 4 days and it such a home away from home. The staff is not only kind and helpful, they are professional. The hotel has transportation arrangements back and forth from the airport. It is located in a local neighborhood, so it felt like you were living there rather than just visiting while also been literally steps away from all the touristy stuff. The restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean, modern, and definitely have that boutique hotel vibe. I work virtually and they made it very easy to do so, even sending technician to make sure there was an outlet in man area of work. If you want the local vibe plus tourist care hybrid, this is your place. "

"Excelente boutique hotel at the sea side, only about 2km away from the city center. Very good breakfast buffet with daily variety of chef made little pastries and deserts. Only 2 things missing were a bidet and the ventilator in the bathroom (was there but didn't work). But no big thing. Overall stay was great!"

The room itself was comfortable, though it could benefit from some renovation and updates. We also experienced a few minor inconveniences, such as having only one remote control for two TVs, which required us to call for an additional one. Additionally, the in-room phones were not functioning properly. One concern worth mentioning is that the hallway leading to the room had missing bars on the security railing, which felt unsafe—especially while traveling with a toddler. Despite these issues, the overall experience was good thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. With a few improvements to the facilities and maintenance, this hotel could easily offer an even better stay."
