"Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Es ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man für den Alltag benötigt. Der Pool ist eine tolle abkühlung. Im Umkreis gibt es kaum Lärm belästigung. Den ganzen Tag, ganz in Ruhe am Pool liegen war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und werden bestimmt dort nochmal Urlaub machen."

The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool area is immaculate and the paving around the pool didn't get hot, even on very hot days, so you can walk around comfortably in bare feet. "We were very disappointed in lots of ways by this rental. The owner spoke no English which is not what we were told when renting the property. This made it very difficult to address any of the problems. For example, we had agreed online the day before that we could check in a little early as my wife was unwell, but on arrival we were sent away for 2 hours as the villa wasn’t ready. There were a LOT of issues with the property. The villa is only the small ‘pool-house‘ you see in the pictures....

"Eda could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Her attention to detail and facilities are second to none. The setting is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal base for cycling or walking and not too far from all of the amazing sights, history and culture that Istria has to offer. A car is essential and drivers that are not fazed by the unmade road to the villa! We had a truly wonderful honeymoon and will be returning next year for our first anniversary to explore this...

"The house is really big, very well maintained, in a very quiet location, about 7 minutes drive to big shops like Kaufland, Lidl, etc. The communication with the hosts was very good, they were super responsive and helpful. A Christmas tree was set up in the house for us together with some small gifts and we were given some farewell gifts also. "We were very impressed when we arrived at 2.15am in the morning, after a long drive from Venice, to find our host waiting for us. We were very pleased with the villa, pool and large garden. It was clean and tidy and the flowers on the table and the eggs and wine were a lovely welcome. The hammock frame broke during our stay but Mr Zufic had it welded and back in the garden the next day! "A fabulous villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay - home from home. Fully spoilt by the outdoor area, great to cook in, chill and enjoy the pool area. Plenty of shade and sunny spots to suit everyone. Games room and hot tub are a bonus and were enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this villa, the location is great enabling us to visit Pula, Fazenda, Rovinj, Porec and Meriden - all fabulous resorts in their own right. "Wir, 7 Freunde, haben in der Villa Letis einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus mit Pool, Außengrill und großem Garten war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber & ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße, weshalb man auch etwas lauter sein konnte. Der Strand und weitere Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns nochmal herzlich bei Familie Marinović für ihren freundlichen Empfang am Haus, wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Perfect location for exploring Istrian towns - located close to highway exit, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Home is beautifully furnished and maintained with attention to detail. Pool and outdoor recreation area perfect for relaxing and outdoor grilling equipment top notch. Beds very comfortable, baths well appointed, kitchen new with lux appliances. With 3 bedrooms plus attached studio, would easily accommodate a larger group. Would definitely stay again"
