Our honeymoon stay was for one week. We will return again for one week for our first anniversary. Our bed linens were not changed every day. The temperature was 80°. The pool water was 85°. We were not sure why they kept the pool water so hot

Doesn't present in real life like it does online. Hallways were hot. Pools were very small and we felt like sardines in a bathtub. The room itself was styled well.

8.6/10 Excellent! (3,630 reviews)
I didn't like the fact that when I booked the trip, it didn't say that the room was 2 or 3 blocks from the original hotel that Iwas thinking I booked. We had to do the check in ourselves in the original hotel while others around us got it done by staff , we felt like we were discriminated . The staff didn't say to us where to have breakfast the next day , that of course it was on the original property and we had to go back the next morning. Nobody was on the second property to help you if you need something. The website showed one thing and the reality another completely different.
