"This is the second visit to the property. It was excellent as usual, ideally located and was clean and had lots of facilities. The initial access to the property had changed and a Bluetooth app is now used using to unlock the flat for the first time. I found this tricky at first but with the help from the owner it was sorted out. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Some elements of the hotel are a little bit tired (carpets etc) but overall a nice hotel with comfortable beds. The only things we wished we had in the room were a fridge and some air conditioning as we had unfortunately arrived on the hottest day of the year so far! The bar food was excellent and very reasonably priced, as was the Full English breakfast. The walkable proximity to the NEC is very useful!"
