"It was a bit of an adventure finding Hotel Pacifica after a long day of travel, given it is located on the far side of the river with no obvious way to cross, but after asking directions from another "gringo" we found our way across the foot bridge. "We had a renovated room facing to pool - looked like most rooms had balconies. The property looked just like the pictures. We were there at the end of low season so I believe it was relatively quiet. The location is great - love Zona Romantica and the Malcom. Restaurants at the property were great as well as many nearby. Our only downside was that we could not get the WiFi in our room. Otherwise - loved it!"
