She understands :

\- an equipped and fitted kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, kettle, extractor, Magimix coffee maker, toaster),  
\- a large living room/lounge with sofa,  
\- a bedroom with two beds of 90cm and wardrobe  
\- a bathroom with WC and washing machine,  
First floor :  
\- a bedroom with a 140cm bed,  
\- a second bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm,  
\- Separate WC and sink.  
  
Possibility to park a vehicle within the grounds of the property. WIRELESS.  
Enclosed garden and south-west facing terrace with furniture and barbecue. Pets allowed with supplement (4€/day).
