La habitación era enorme. Muy agradable. El personal fui excelente. Esto fue solo una estancia de última hora para mí porque mi vuelo se retrasó. Me sentí seguro, pero no está cerca de mucho.

Okay, so we arrived at about 9:30 p.m., via taxi. Taxi entered dark courtyard. No clear signage indicating an 'office' for check-in. Finally located 'office': two men we saw through a window. Each sitting at separate desks. Used google translate communicate with one of them. Other one had no interest. Shown to room. Not a single glass (plastic, styrofoam, or glass) in the place. No ice. No MENTION of glasses or ice. The place was BARE, other than bed and basic furniture. Walked back across courtyard to 'office' and inquired. 20 minutes later he showed up with two very small paper cups. If you need ONLY a BED to sleep in, this is the place. Otherwise very overpriced and lacking in ANYTHING other than essentials.

Hotel is in an open area, the outside is not well maintained including the pool area, smell like is very close to a ranch with cows, the is only one restaurant close to it and closes at 8:00 pm. The room was okay, bathroom smell bad like it had an open toilet vent.

We spent the night prior to departure from Querétaro airport. It was convenient to the airport, however, rooms lacked adequate heating during the winter. We were cold all night long shivering under the sheets. It was very undesirable. Slept one hour that night.

Only thing i didnt like was the cleanliness of the beds. There were stains and hairs on the beds. Employees were curtious and liked the arquitecture of the property.

The staff was extremely gracious, professional and resourceful. The rooms are large and clean. The lighting is a bit too low. The hardest part is the highway traffic noise that is ongoing all day every day and night.

Interesting rooms. We had a junior suite. The shower was hot, but the water for the hot tub was lukewarm at best.

It was in an industrial area, nothing to do or see. Unsafe to walk to the only restaurant off the property. Hotel food was terrible. As a single female senior I felt very unsafe. The unit was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating when I had to switch rooms because Wifi wouldn't work. There was no water or cups or glasses to drink with in the room. No coffee pot. Pool was dirty couldn't use. At $177 for the room, I expected more.

Is not the best hotel but is very close to Queretaro AirPort and some wedding places in the area. If you just want to sleep, you can stay here.

The room was full of flies. There was no shuttle service to the airport. No temperature control for air conditioning. It was either too cold or too warm. Next time ill stay somewhere else

We chose this property for our last night in Queretaro due to its proximity to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised with the property and the staff. The room is like a townhouse with a bed on each floor. The room was very clean and well decorated. It was a perfect room for our early morning (3 a.m.) wake up call! Would highly recommend for ensuring that you avoid the city traffic as you head out to the airport!

This place was quite the pleasant surprise. The room was palatial and quite modernized at the same time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. So much more than I expected for the price. Will come again! My only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom was pretty low.

This place was beautiful and well equiped. My only complaint was that it was very late when the AC finally cooled the room off to a temperature that i could comfortably sleep

Great stop near Querétaro Airport (for 5a flights)
The Latitude is LOVELY and I’m beautiful condition. But the food is not good, and there’s no where to walk so buy a few supplies in advance.
