The space
This is a 12 m2 loft with a private entrance on the ground floor of a property that includes other living units. Quiet is respected. With a private bathroom and kitchen, a mini-fridge, and a spacious closet—you won’t be sharing with anyone. The space is ideal for relaxing or working, featuring a desk and chair. The single bed has a Serta mattress.
We’re happy to ensure your stay is comfortable with high-speed 150 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix Premium.

Guest access
Access is limited to the room; guests may enter on their own. I’ve hung a padlock on the gate; inside the lockbox, you’ll find three keys: one for the pedestrian gate, one for the main entrance, and the key to your room.
When you arrive, please let me know so I can send you the lockbox code.
Other important details
We value silence and tranquility for the rest and relaxation of other guests who live or work from home here, so OUTDOOR NOISE IS NOT ALLOWED.
