The property is amazing and the staff was always really friendly and kind. Breakfast was great. The only thing that I can say is the access to the beach is not really easy and not the most beautiful beach I seen in Quepos , we went to Manuel Antonio park and we get to see a really beautiful clean beach. A good improvement will be ATM for all the guest at the hotel

Great hotel, Edgar and Javier are incredible. They hooked us up with a hot breakfast everyday! They also gave us great recommendations on what to do each day. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the plumbing. Toilet struggled to flush more than twice a day and the shower has a weird smell after a while. Room 323 thank you!

We had a wonderful time a Shana by the beach! The authentic breakfast and delicious restaurant, the pool with constant World Cup games on and refreshing frozen fruit margaritas, and the beautiful walk to a secluded beach made this location perfect!

The hotel is situated on a steep hill, which may pose a challenge for guests with walking difficulties. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. We really enjoyed the family pool; however, it was unfortunately closed for maintenance just two days after our arrival. We were able to use the adult pool, but it was smaller. The beach is accessible from the hotel, though it requires a long walk. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good with fresh fruit and juice. However, we found the prices on the dinner menu to be a bit expensive compared to other restaurants we visited.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and really made it an enjoyable trip. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the restaurant was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families. The beach was a bit of a difficult walk and the beach is rocky but we enjoyed ourselves. Loved staying here!

We loved staying here. The place was clean, nice and loved having a fun private walk to the beach. The food was really good and we ended up eating there every night. Everyone was so kind and the breakfast food was great also. I did get a facial and I would not say it was worth half off at $70. I would recommend when you have someone paying and laying there with stuff on their face maybe massage their hands, feet or shoulders. Make it feel a little more worth the money. Just a tip of what a facial in America would be. While produce is sitting on your face your hands or feet are rubbed with lotion. Other then that everything was still great.

For the price point not the best hotel. Rooms were average nothing special. Close to beach but still quite a walk. Breakfast was very average compared to other places I have had in other hotels Staff especially the guys in the golf carts shuttling around the property were very helpful

I splurged for a Studio Suite and it was amazing. The staff was outstanding, the food was fantastic and the Chef cooked our up our Mahi/Dorado after a fishing trip to perfection. The breakfast is fantastic but dinner and drinks are a bit pricey outside of happy hour. This area is beautiful but has very steep hills and narrow winding roads. We thought it was awesome but maybe not for some. I hope to stay here again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. We fished one day during our stay and caught a yellow fin tuna. We brought some back, after giving some to our crew, and they prepared it for us. My son and husband said it was delicious. The property is beautiful and there is access to a beach but be prepared for a hike down.

Everything was great. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The resort was clean and the food at the onsite restaurant was loved by the whole family, especially the included breakfast buffet.
