Offering easy access to the Queenstown Hill walking track, and conveniently located within a 10 min walk to downtown Queenstown. The Space: ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: This conveniently situated apartment is located downstairs from the main house with its own private entrance, a full kitchen, and bathroom plus two good sized bedrooms. The third "bedroom" is a small half size room without a door providing a single bed off the lounge, it is in a small alcove room only without a window. This modern apartment has a private outdoor patio surrounded by garden with lake views and afternoon sun. Offering the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing, mountain biking, or sightseeing The lounge / dining area and the main bedroom receive afternoon sun that look up to the Skyline Gondola, an added bonus is a small children's play room off the main bedroom which is a little quirky and a huge hit with the little ones. There is also a ski drying room, large enough for your ski gear, a must during ski season! BEDROOMS Master bedroom: 1 Queen sized bed, electric blanket, quality bedding, built in wardrobe Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, electric blanket, quality bedding, built in wardrobe Bedroom 3 (No door or window) - small half size room off the lounge with its own space: 1 Single bed The White Diamond Modern Unit is ideally suited to 4 adults or 2 adults / 2 children, a maximum of 4 guest's total.
