Ideal for ski trips, access to Milford Sound, summer adventures and year-round stays, with easy access to trails, lake activities and wineries. Perfect for families, couples or friends.



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over two levels, in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park. The living areas look out to the view is of other apartments. There is construction going on in the back of the apartment, so it is all construction.

Upper floor: entrance, bathroom, ensuite, laundry

Ground floor: living, kitchen, entrance

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are upstairs whilst bedroom 3 is on the ground floor.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both have standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV and patio access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator, dishwasher and, coffee machine.

External: There is a patio with a table and two chairs. There are no views as this unit is within a complex.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio.

Juniper Place is located in a quiet residential area of Queenstown, offering a peaceful atmosphere while remaining close to the heart of town.

Please note the neighbourhood is continuing to grow, and there may occasionally be daytime construction noise during standard working hours.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 15 internal stairs; 1 step to enter the house

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (183.5 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
