Good size for a family of four. I was worried about proximity to the airport/noise but never heard a thing. Wonderful to have a washer and dryer as some places did not include a dryer. Coffee maker was a bonus. Several stores, grocery, and movie theater was 5-10min walk away, and bus line was right outside. I was worried that being outside of Queenstown would be a hindrance, but I actually preferred not having the crowds and traffic. We skied The Remarkables, jet boated, bungee jumped, luged, wine tasted, and floated through Milford Sound. Comfortable bedrooms and well equipped. Nice view too. Location was quiet and it felt good to be away from the Queenstown traffic. Parking was a little tricky as the allocated parking spot was often occupied. Seemed to be a general issue for residents in the area with some people resorting to placing road cones on their spot to prevent unauthorised parking. Being able to cook for ourselves, and wash and dry our active wear was a real benefit. We also called the staff to enquire about a few things (late check out etc) and they were responsive and very helpful.
