The place was great; we stayed there 6 nights and the 4 (two couples) of us were busy every day. The location is close enough for walking about Queenstown (and we are late 60's early 70's from the US) and we all agreed that the location was ideal for our needs. It was a wee bit cold during our visit, but the gas fireplace was the go-to technology for warming - a couple clicks and bam, it was lit. You are a 15 minute walk from town which is mostly uphill, but absolutely worth it for the view. The shower was strong, the beds were comfortable. We were able to use the French press coffee maker each morning and sit on the balcony and soak in the view. We weren't sure where the dryer was (it's in the garage), but a quick call to management helped us locate it. Check in was easy--there's a lockbox outside the unit.
