We had a fantastic stay at Oaks Resort! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the hot pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Queenstown, especially in the cold weather. One tip for future guests: make sure to book your parking at the resort in advance to avoid disappointment. Since we overlooked the booking part, we had to park about a 7–10 minute walk away, which was a little inconvenient with luggage. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Oaks. We’d happily stay here again!

Awesome room with an awesome view and service, downfall is like walking through a maze to get to your room and no car parks. U cross a dangerous main road and then park your car up a steep hill, if you enjoy walking then this is for you ☺️

I never do negative reviews but don’t stay here. We checked in around 5-6pm and they told us we had to wait an hour for our booking to be ready. There was no car parking available so we had to park across the road up a hill on side of road along with other hotel guests. No sauna, gym etc. The view was a small window that just showed the scaffolding. I go to Queenstown multiple times throughout the year and I’ve never had accomodation as poor as this. You can get so much better in Queenstown than this place.

Everything was new, clean and beautiful. We had access to a fully functional kitchen with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were new and clean, and Victoria at the front desk was incredibly lovely and helpful. The view was stunning and proximity to all the amenities, but far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Loved every minute of our stay.
