This Studio features cozy open-plan living and is also fitted with modern décor and a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year round.

Make yourself at home in this fully equipped Studio that features a queen bed, full kitchen, and separate laundry/bathroom.

It is located just a stone's throw from central Queenstown. It is close to nearby bus stops, has off street parking, Uber or a short 2km walk (down a big hill) to the centre of town. It is the perfect location to base yourself during your Queenstown getaway.
This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.

As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am.

The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am.
