Relax and unwind in this newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The ideal retreat for a couple or two friends. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this space offers all the comforts of home! Book your stay today and experience the tranquillity for yourself. Stay Comfortably Bedrooms: 1 One king bedroom with the option to split into two singles. All featuring hotel standard linen. A cot for infants can be supplied on request. Designed to provide restful nights for families and groups of friends. Bathrooms: 1 One bathroom next to the bedroom. Equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and toilet paper. Kitchen and living area: Open plan kitchen and lounge area. The lounge area has a two seater sofa, TV and heat pump to keep you toasty. The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater throughout your stay. We provide basics to get you started; oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning supplies. Parking: Off street parking for one vehicle. Laundry: A washing machine & dryer is available for use throughout your stay. Surroundings: \- Amazing location! \- An easy 10 minute walk to Queenstown CBD. \- 15 minutes drive to Remarkable’s & coronet ski field access road. \- 15 minutes drive to airport. \- Easily accessible bus route to Arrowtown & Frankton for those who choose not to rent a vehicle. Full access to the house, all lower level. Note this is an apartment complex so some noise is to be expected. One carpark is designated to the property. The property and patio area is very private. I prefer to give guests privacy but I will be available via the app for any queries you may have. Things to note: 3% of your booking fee is non refundable due to bank charges out of our control. A pre authorized charge will be placed on your card 2 days before check out - this is a security deposit & will be refunded automatically if no damages occur.
