If you want to be close to all the action, but just far enough outside of Queenstown’s busy CBD to enjoy your own quiet time Lodges 11 is the perfect place to have the best of both worlds on your next Queenstown holiday.

Boasting lake and mountain views you have so many options with this comfortable apartment - bring the kids or friends to this three bedroom, two bathroom holiday home that can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen and laundry is fully equipped for ease. Every detail has been considered for the best guest comfort.

Complete with a deck to enjoy the views and an off-street car park for your convenience Lodges 11 is a great option for your next stay in Queenstown.

Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY - Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap. The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.

Can't get a better location for a stay in Queenstown. Views to the Remarkables, watching the comings and goings on the lake, and a 2min walk into town!

The location of this property is so handy. Having the use of the steps to get down to the waterfront made it so easy. Beautiful views too! Would definitely look into staying here again for our next Queenstown visit.
