The property is beautifully finished with scandinavian touches, a spa pool and offering stunning lake views. We kindly ask that you read through the Additional House Rules section prior to confirming a booking and contact us if you have any questions. Guests will immediately feel a sense of relaxation and indulgence from the minute they sink into the sumptuous huge sofa and just absorb the view of mountains and the lake in privacy yet only a short distance from the centre of Queenstown. Kahurangi is a Maori word which translates to Kahu – a white feather cloak and Rangi – the sky. A perfect name for a villa that has such big sky views of the Remarkables mountain range and its gentle layer of white cloud – the cloak. The villa is designed and furnished in a bespoke Scandinavian style with space to spread out and unwind. The kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for friends and family and the ideal space to have one of our chef’s come and cook for you in house one evening. There are four bedrooms – two are ensuite and two share a beautiful large bathroom. The spa pool is situated on a private deck – great for relaxing after a busy day exploring Queenstown. For more space, we can also book the identical property next door - please enquire for more details. Access the entire property MajorDomo will be available via phone or email to help you at any time during your stay. We can help to arrange activities and restaurant bookings, or assist with any issue you may have at the property. Walking distance to town or a quick 5 minute drive to central Queenstown. Guests will have amazing views of the surrounding mountains as well as lake Wakatipu. Kahurangi is located a short 10 minute walk from Queenstown town centre. There is a private internal garage for guests use. bedding configurations can be changed if needed - please enquire prior to booking if you would prefer beds split into singles in any of the rooms. All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled. A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in.
