Nestled in the highly desired Queenstown Hill area, you are just moments to the buzz and action of the centre of town. It is the perfect setup for families or small groups. The Space: ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: The home is set over three levels. On the ground level, you have a large 2 car garage that also hosts the laundry. The second level has two living areas, one looking out to the remarkable panoramic views of Queenstown and the other with a gas fire that you can cosy up next to on those crisp, winter nights. The open plan kitchen and dining area lead out onto the patios and balconies that surround the house. This is where you will enjoy the fabulous outdoor area consisting of an alluring spa pool designed for you to unwind and relax after a day exploring all that Queenstown has to offer. All four bedrooms are situated on the top level of the house along with two ensuites and one shared bathroom. The two spacious lounge areas offer different qualities, one being open plan in the main living area, the other providing a quiet space where you can escape and read your book or watch a movie. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked a rental property through Good Stays in Queenstown initially for a wedding elopement/weekend. While plans changed and I was unable to change or alter the booking (I did not ask for either because the policies were clearly noted AND I still had use of the place), my parent's & I enjoyed a relaxing & quiet weekend in Queenstown ourselves. The place was amazing - with incredible views, AND a jacuzzi on the patio deck! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, and all rooms made up for guests as per requested & confirmed in advance. The check-in and check-out process was streamlined with use of a mobile app, with zero issues before, during, nor after our stay with a full refund of the bond. Reviewer Comments: Great accommodation, shame we were let down by Goodstays and their staff. Disgusting attitude and most unhelpful. We didn’t have all of our bond returned due to a “call out fee” because the hot water stopped working. Would not recommend Goodstays and certainly won’t be using them in the future. Reviewer Comments: Clean and tidy apartment style getaway. Spa pool on the deck and fantastic views. Close to town but quiet as well. Modern amenities and comfortable. On top of the hill so not really walkable from town but only a $10 taxi ride. A few things weren't functioning properly but we advised the management company on checkout and they were going to look into those. 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (shower only) plus 3 toilets (one in each bathroom plus a 3rd downstairs). Safe and secure apartment. Quiet and perfect for short or long stays. ##### Chris S. Very large home with 4 large bedrooms and two separate living areas. Great for a large family. Very good condition. Nice and warm with under floor heating. A little difficult to control the temperature with no thermostat controls anywhere ... sometimes too hot, sometimes could be a little warmer. When we arrived the spa was not working but a portable replacement spa was delivered same day so excellent service here. My only gripe would be that Goodstays staff were not really welcoming of us reporting anything that was broken in the home ... I think that's because we were actually speaking to the owner and he wasn't too keen to have to spend money. Not sure was worth what we paid but heh that's probably everywhere in Queenstown. Wee took up the suggested restaurants in the guide for two memorable meals and also enjoyed a night of board games and BBQ with a beautiful view.
