A beautifully presented 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment within a 5 min walk to downtown Queenstown. The Historic Stone House was built in 1874 for the Mayor of Queenstown, Thomas Betts. Beautifully preserved, this heritage building features three boutique apartments that can be rented separately or all together and are just a short two-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown. The apartment has a large open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and has a sofa bed that can sleep two extra people - perfect for a family group. The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage and there is a cute patio area with mountain views out towards the Skyline Gondola. The Historic Stonehouse is located is a residential area a stones throw from downtown. Walk to all the local attractions that Queenstown has to offer - restaurants, bars, and tourism activities and transport. There is on street parking only, however the house is very close to downtown so a vehicle is not required to enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer. Extra Services \- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability please inquire 48 hours prior to your arrival. \- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost.
