This beautiful home boasts two inviting bedrooms and 1 modern bathroom, ensuring everyone has ample space and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures, while the living area features a 50-inch 4K TV with internet connectivity for endless entertainment. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. Getting Around: Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 800 m walk to the shops and restaurants. The closest bus stop is about 500 metres away, in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare. Other Things to Note: Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. A maximum of 4 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
