The Space:

Located on the first floor, this spacious two-bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout. Large windows flood the space with natural light, while the bedrooms offer stunning views of the city center and surrounding mountains. Both bedrooms feature blackout blinds and curtains, along with luxurious Super King beds that can be split into two King Singles upon request. These beds include high-quality toppers, premium bedding, and ample under-bed storage. Each room also provides large wardrobes and full-length dressing mirrors and large 55-Inch Smart Samsung TV. The modern bathroom boasts underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, and a high-pressure shower with an endless hot water supply. The lounge area is equipped with a large corner sofa and a 55-inch Smart Samsung TV for a cinema-like experience. The kitchenette area includes a refrigerator, wine rack, microwave, airfryer and Nespresso machine with coffee plunger, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Your own private clothes washer and dryer with complimentary powder, ensure you are fully self contained. If you would like beds split, or require childrens items such as porta cot, please request these in advance.

Getting Around:

The apartment is located in the very center of Queenstown. So you can walk everywhere, if desired. There really is no need for a car!

It is less that 5 minute walk to the central ski bus hub, for all the local mountains. It is also directly adjacent to the local public bus route stop.

Property Protection Options

We take care of our properties so you can enjoy a comfortable stay. To cover the risk of accidental damage, every guest must choose one of the following before check-in:

Damage Waiver – NZ$49 (non-refundable)

A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to NZ$250. No card hold is placed.

Security Deposit – NZ$250 (fully refundable)

A temporary hold is placed on your card. It is released within a few days after checkout, provided there is no damage or missing items.

You will be able to select your preferred option easily after booking. The majority of guests choose the NZ$49 damage waiver for simplicity.

This requirement applies to all bookings and is collected securely off-platform in line with Airbnb’s rules for software-connected hosts.
