Minimum stay of 3 nights (as per council regulations). A minimum 5 night stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period (December 20th to January 5th).

Fantastic location. Beatuful views all day. Easy access to the airport and amenities in Frankton area. Easy access to CBD. We stayed in 11 different locations during our 3 week holiday. Birch Haven was the favorite of everyone in the family based on size, location, and house amenities.

Great stay and amenities overall, especially the porch, hot tub and well equipped kitchen. The master king and bunk beds were comfortable, but the soft duvet on the 2nd king was not comfortable and made the bed too high. Great quiet location with stunning views. For the cost of stay, it would be nice if the shampoo and conditioner were provided.

Great views and location. Forgot to leave note that washing machine had error come up on it. Dishwasher cutlery tray has holes in it and couldn’t close lock box. Very minor as everything else was spot on. Thanks

Amazing trip, Birch Haven was just amazing. Perfect for a teenage family. Plenty of room, kitchen fully equipped, spa pool fantastic. But the best thing is the view. Waking up to that every morning… didn’t want to go home.

Beautiful warm dry and very well appointed house. Amazing vistas. Good location out of the hustle and bustle but still only a 4 minute drive to town or a 30 minute walk. Perfect getaway with friends. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

We were in Queenstown for our daughters wedding. First time to NZ. Well the view the five star house all added to a wonderful time in Queenstown. I would highly recommend Birch Haven as it was a beautiful haven. Also Vicky great service, prompt in responding all ran smoothly. Paula ACT.
