Nestled just 5 minutes from Queenstown’s town centre, this spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains from the comfort of your private spa and balcony. The Space: Step into a modern, high-end retreat designed for comfort and connection. Spread across 662m², this expansive home features radiant heating, underfloor warmth, and a cozy fireplace. The open-plan kitchen, with its stylish island bench, is ideal for cooking and entertaining. Unwind in the spa with a glass of wine, enjoy a BBQ on the balcony, or simply soak up the quiet privacy of your beautifully landscaped surroundings. A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: All bedrooms feature King beds that can be split into Singles or made into Kings. Please note that a long-term tenant resides on the lower level of the home. This area is securely locked and completely separate from your space. You will have exclusive access to levels 1 and 2 throughout your stay. It is brand new which is both good and bad. The property is missing some key things to make for a comfortable stay, including most importantly blinds on the bedroom windows - there are curtains on the main windows in the bedrooms, but no window coverings on other bedroom windows (e.g. above the beds) which makes this challenging with little kids. We asked for (and were promised) a drying rack as there is nowhere to hang washing or wet togs to dry, but it never turned up. ##### Rachel D.
