The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Cromwell. Unfortunately we had some trouble in the early hours with people using the communal lounge area after hours and being very loud but a phone call to the manager, soon got the situation resolved. It's like a hostel with shared bathrooms and common areas etc. No one that was staying there realised that this was what they had booked. It's perfectly fine but if you need to go to the toilet in the night or have a shower then you have to walk all the way down the corridor and through the common area to use the bathrooms. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper in the night!! I appreciated Kim checking us in was very nice and helpful.
